This annual event proves to be a very popular weekend away to our nation's capital.
A great drive down to Canberra on the Saturday morning and an overnight stay at The Forrest Lodge Hotel in Manuka for the night before a great dinner together with friends and family is an optional way to spend this great weekend. You can of course make your way down on the Sunday as well if you wish.

Central Coast Italian Festival
10th and 11th April,2010
Sea Side Italian Village, Ettalong NSW (Central Coast)
This new invited club event promises to be a great weekend of ALL Italian events and actvities as follows:
Italian Music - live musicians, singers and a DJ.
Live radio show and television promotion and presence
Italian Cuisine - Food, gelato, drink and wine stalls, eg: Pasta, Pizza, Pure Gelato, San Pellegrino, Italian wines.
3 Restaurants in the resort already offer quality Italian Menus and will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner -
La Fiamma Woodfire Pizzeria, La Cucina Cortesi Caffe/Restaurante and Ettalong Pizza & Pasta.
Italian Films - art house, classic and modern movies onsite, in the sate-of-the-art Cinema Paradiso complex,
eg: Rocky, The Godfather , Cinema Paradiso, Roman Holiday, Malena.
Italian/Australian Sport Celebrities - enticing well known Soccer players from Marconi Club to visit the resort
Italian Education - inviting history and language teachers from schools, colleges and Tafe institutions
Italian Dancing - traditional folk dancing, music and celebration.
Italian Cars - Our Club's variety of sleek design, Italian Classic Cars will be displayed bikes etc... The Vespa Club will also be represented.
Fashion Parades - Milan is renowned for fashion designers and so this industry will be well represented.
Ettalong Market Stalls - promoting both ?Made in Italy? and Australian Made? products and brands.
Travel Presentation - an expo on ?Destination Italia?, highlighting the historical cities of Roma, Florence, Venice,
Interesting monuments such as the leaning tower of Pisa, country regions of Tuscany and spectacular Amalfi coast.
Fireworks Spectacular - upon approval, to take us into the night time hours under the stars.
Ettalong Beach Tourist Resort also provides boutique style accommodation and will create an attractively discounted package for this celebration.
Members are welcome to arrive "together" on Saturday and leave Saturday Night...OR;
Arrive Sunday and Leave Sunday....OR
Arrive Saturday, stay overnight and leave Sunday (morning or afternoon).
Anyone that chooses to stay will be encouraged to book their own rooms.

Voglia di Pane

Shop 35 Dell Street, Woodpark. Starting 10.00am
This event is in it's second year and is a casual yet active small festa where we can show our cars and mingle and chat with our fiends and members in a static display in the park across the road fom the bakery and yet still enjoy a coffee along the Italian bread, cakes and biscuits made by this renown ITALIAN bakery.Our cars need to be in place by 10.00am.
Holroyd City Council will also provide activities for the children such as jumping castle and face painting and a clown and there will also be a great Italian singer Angelo Di Bella performing songs.
In the afternoon we will be joined by Mr Alessandro Scarpa and his wife Wilmy, visiting from Garlenda Italy. Alessandro is the Vice President of Fiat 500 Club Italia. His club has over 21 500 members. We beleive this is deemed the biggest car club in the world. So PLEASE....calling on all members to attend, especially if you have a Fiat 500 or derivative!
Please advise one of your committee if you are going to participate with your vehicle so we can plan car spaces, otherwise entry to the event is free and just come along with family and friends.
