RALLIES. We would average at least 2 club runs per month as well as some combined runs with other local and intercity clubs. We have standard runs such as Mother's Day, father's Day and the Stan Weir Memorial Frostbite Run to Woodgate (early July) where we cook and eat a hot breakfast while watching the sun come up over the Pacific Ocean. We join with the other car clubs in Bundaberg for runs such as National Motoring Heritage Day, Truck drive for KIDS, Camp Quality Toy Run and various other runs and displays.

QUEEN'S BIRTHDAY WEEK-END(JUNE) IN YEAR'AS ENDING WITH ODD NUMBERS.This rally is held every second year and attracts entries from over South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales with their many wonderful cars. Numbers are usually 80 plus cars and while we receive good reviews from those who attend we are always striving to improve both the quality and numbers.

Last year we hosted the Annual RACQ-HHMC Rally 'The Magic of 2010" on the week-end of the 12th to 14th June.
120 cars took part in the rally and our club has received many good reports about the rally.

If you are from another club and are organazing a rally through our City please feel free to contact us if we can be of assistance.

The City is surrounded by Sugar Cane, Macadania Nut, Tomato, Avocado and Sweet Potato farms with Water Melons and Rock Melons grown for the Christmas markets both in Queensland and interstate. A lot of these products as well as other locally grown fruit and vegetables are available from road-side stalls scattered aroung the country side.

Bundaberg is the home of the famous Bundaberg Rum, Bundaberg Ginger Beer and the Hinkler Avition Hall of Fame as well as Bert Hinkler's House which was brought out from England.
Situated at the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef there is good reef fishing available and trips to the Reef can be arranged from here. There are also daily river trips from the city to the Sugar Loading Terminal and the Marina. Fish, mud crabs, sand crabs and prawns are all caught in the local rivers and creeks but if you don't feel like catching your own they can be bought from local fish shops or found on the menues of the many restaurants both in Bundaberg and at the coast.
