The Austin Healey Owners Club of Queensland was established in September 1970 by an enthusiastic group of young Austin Healey owners to share the feeling of owning one of the best sports cars and to help overcome some of the challenges of owning a Healey such as the hunt for spare parts. Our cars have aged and so have some of us but we still share that enthusiasm. Open to all types of Healeys and Austin Healeys the club provides the opportunity to enjoy your car to its full potential and gain help when you need it on the technical side.
We have a very active Gold Coast Register for those members who reside in the region and members throughout Queensland enjoy a monthly magazine and a variety of regular activities, both social and sporting. The Clubs Magazine 'Healey Torque', has been published continuously since 1970 by club volunteers and is a valuable source of information and for learning more about Austin Healeys. Technical help and advice is always available on the telephone and at the monthly meetings.
