RALLY DATE:
15th January: Club Buffet Breakfast at Colmslie Hotel (corner Wynnum Road & Junction Road, Colmslie). 8.00am start. Organized by Neil Thyer. Cost $14.95pp.
26th January: B.V.R.C. Australia Day Rally CANCELLED (due to inclement weather) & RESCHEDULED FOR 12th FEBRUARY
12 February: Rescheduled Australia Day Rally organized by B.V.R.C. commencing at Ormiston State School from 7.00am. Rally around Bay area. A7 Reg. Qld members to make own arrangements.
10th & 11th March: President's Rally - Meet at Centenary Pool for 8.00am departure for Caloundra for weekend. Rally organized by Lindsay Jordan. Contact Lindsay for details.
15th April: Rally organized by Alan Couser - details TBA
12th May: (Saturday Rally due to Mothers' Day on Sunday) - CPR Awareness Rally organized by Neil Thyer & Karyn Matthew. Rally to start at 9.00am, Centenary Pool for run to Clubrooms at Carindale for CPR Awareness Information Session commencing at 10.00am.
10th June: "Fun Rally" organized by Grant & Jacki Preddy. Meet at MtCootha Planetarium for start at 9.00am for run around inner western suburbs. - details TBA
15th July: RACQ Motorfest. Meet at Hamilton Hotel Carpark for run to Eagle Farm Racecourse entry & static display for day. Details TBA
11th & 12 August: A7 WEEKEND - SATURDAY: Rally organized by Justin McKeering. Start at 9.00am from Club Rooms, Carindale, run around Bay area and return to Club Rooms, Carindale, for BYO BBQ lunch.
- SUNDAY: Meet at C.T White Park, Kangaroo Point from 9.00am onwards for Static Display of Club's A7's. Event organized by Secretary, Trevor Moore. BYO food.
16th September: Rally - details TBA
1st to 5th October: 2012 National A7 Rally in Barossa Valley, S.A. hosted by A7 Club of S.A. Headquarters for event to be Tanunda Show Grounds Hall. Details from A7 Club of S.A. Secretary, Ralph Drange 08 8251 2637. A7 Reg. Qld members to make own arrangements.
7th October: Rally to & static display at a Model Boat/Aeroplane & car show at Minnippi Parklands, Tingalpa organized by the Tingalpa Model Aero Club. A7 rally component organized by Neil Thyer - start from Centenary Pool at 9.00am. Further details TBA
11th November: Rally - details TBA
16th December: A7 Christmas Picnic Lunch at Orleigh Park, West End commencing at 10.00am. BYO food. Details TBA by Secretary.
